Who We Are
The pan-University White Ruffin Byron Center for Real Estate was established in 2021 to create and support collaborative cross-Grounds programming to promote the exchange of knowledge about real estate markets and their connections to society through the built environment. Our mission is to enhance the real estate experience at UVA for students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners.

Robert G. Byron, Chairman, Co-CEO, and Co-Founder of Blue Vista Capital Management, has more than 46 years of real estate investment management and transaction experience, having completed over $20 billion in real estate transactions in his career.
