Diversity Advisory Committee

The McIntire Diversity Advisory Committee is made up of McIntire faculty, staff, and students. Led by the Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, we work with the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to provide education and training to our community so that we positively engage, improve, and impact the culture at McIntire.

Our goals are to:

  • Affirm the value of diversity

  • Oversee the implementation of the strategic diversity initiatives

  • Seek opportunities to positively engage, improve, and impact the culture and climate at McIntire

We do it through:

Working together, we’re educating our community to:
