Admissions Checklist

The following checklist is provided to help you progress through the admissions process. A more detailed printable copy is available as a PDF.

Step 1:

Select one or more methods of the following to learn more about the M.S. in MIT Program.

  • Request information.
  • Attend an information session or online chat session.
  • Visit a class.

Step 2:

Help us get to know you. Our admissions committee takes a holistic view in evaluating your application, so it is important to present a well-rounded view of your academics, work experiences, and motivation.

  • Submit GMAT test scores or request a waiver.
  • If applicable, submit TOEFL or IELTS or request a waiver.
  • Submit official copies of your transcripts from every college or university you have attended.
  • Schedule and complete an interview
  • Complete and submit the online application form, including essays and two recommendations.
