M.S. in Commerce Class of 2010


Class of 2010 Statistics

Members of the current class represent a wide range of undergraduate backgrounds, including bachelor's degrees in economics, engineering, English, foreign affairs, history, math, psychology, and science, among others.

There are 72 students in the Class of 2010. The mid-80% of the current class earned GMAT scores between 610 and 720, with a median score of 670. The median GRE score was 1300 (Q&V), and the mid-80% range was 1200 to 1400. The GPA range for the mid-80% of the class was between 3.0 and 3.8, with the median at 3.4.

Of the current class, 45% are in the Financial Services track, and 55% are in the Marketing & Management track. Women represent 35% of the class, and 20% are international students. Twenty-one percent of the class received either merit- or need-based departmental scholarship.

The admissions committee takes a holistic approach when reviewing each application and takes into consideration academic ability, motivation, and personal qualities that can contribute to the overall classroom experience.
