Curtis W. Schade Curtis W. Schade has 25 years' experience
in the leverage finance industry. On the buy side, he is currently the
Director of Credit Research at Satellite Asset Management, a $6 billion
dollar multi-strategy hedge fund. Previously, he was Managing Director
of high yield at Donaldson, Lufkin Jenrette, and on the sell side Senior
Managing Director of Bear Stearns, managing the high yield sales effort.
Currently, Mr. Schade is also a Partner at Ziff Properties Inc., a
privately owned commercial real estate investment partnership operating
approximately 3mm square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties in
the Southeast from Virginia to Florida.
Mr. Schade is active in his community and serves on the Board of
Directors of the Montclair Art Museum (Treasurer, Endowment Committee,
Audit Committee, and Art Committee), the Glen Ridge Historic
Preservation Commission, and the Glen Ridge Congregational Church
Endowment Committee.
Mr. Schade and his family established the Schade Family Scholarship at
the McIntire School of Commerce, and he has been a supporter of the new
building effort.
Mr. Schade is married, with four children, ages 8-13, and resides in Glen
Ridge, N.J., and East Hampton, N.Y.
